Your Little Chef will prepare delicious recipes that will get their taste buds ready for spring and summer!! Some recipes featured this session will include Buddha Rice Bowls, Vegetarian Sushi, Watermelon Gazpacho, Kiwi and Avocado Salsa Verde, Smoothie Bowls, No Bake Veggie Pizza Bites, and Pin-Wheel Sandwiches with cheese and turkey. Classes emphasize a variety of important Practical Life skills and focus on topics including: kitchen safety, following directions, measuring, nutrition, and more. All of our cooking will be cold cooking. Please note, recipes with chicken and turkey can be substituted with tofu or avoided. All other recipes are meat-free. We do not use any nuts, but dairy products will be used in some recipes, which can be supplemented, if needed.
